Sure. First is the hard drive corruption issue when pushing ram to 1600mhz or higher. EVGA has recently fixed this with a new bios release. The most current asus release still has not completely resolved this.
The lads at Xtreme have tested this board and there have been numerous threads posted about instability while overclocked (regardless of actually clocks).
From an FSB perspective, the reference boards are turning in higher numbers with quads (over 500 FSB). The asus is a solid board but it needs a couple more bios releases before I would recommend it.
Not to mention the Asus board is $100 more than the EVGA board (don't ask me why because I think its silly)
