64 bit: Buggy? I beg your pardon, XP64 has the smallest amount of bugs and security holes of any Windows OS.
Search: Pointless if you know where your files are (but I could see this becoming handy for some.
Indexing: A bit of a gimmick - and you need hella lot of RAM for that. Yes, it speeds up loading times (of the programs themselves), but it's not worth it considering the clumsiness of the OS itself.
Start repairing computers with Vista and you'll notice how difficult it is (and slow even)
