Nvidia Marketing: "Hey, we need to get the new 9-series GPUs done pronto. We don't have time to make new chips...what do we have left?"

Nvidia Engineer: "Well umm... we still have huge heap of these old G92 chips that we could re-use?"

Nvidia Marketing: "Perfect. Our genius plan will never be discovered *evil laugh* "

I would tell most to go for 9800GT over 8800GT if they dont have the 8800GT.
If they do have stay put pass on it until the next line new is out

Wasn't that myth dispelled heaps of times before...?

First of all, your RAM is on a 64bit/128bit bus (If your on dual channel) but that doesn't limit you to 256Mb of RAM, does it?
