Just a note, the FX34 Marshmallows have the iPhone compatible mini plug, so no adaptor required.

We get it. You don't hate Skullcandies. However, JVC Marshmallows are far better, and about half the price. Just because they don't fall out and you can't hear anything doesn't make them good. My Grado SR-80s block almost Zero sound, and they fall off sometimes if I'm too into my music, but they sound far superior to most headphones that block noise and stay on.

I went to a few stores and nobody had them, then I went to best buy and my mom ended up letting me get these
http://www.shure.com/PersonalAudio/P..._se110_content
I didn't think I would get expensive buds, cause I usually don't care about them but daaaaaaang, to me these seem great! I'm no audiophile, and the only other buds I can compare them to are normal ipod/iphone buds and cheap branded ones, and they rule against them. Volta sounds greatER and marley's steel drums sound crisper, and bob dylan sounds like he is in front of me playing for me personally, and I havent even turned eq on yet.

So how are these compared to others?

Thanks for the suggestions though guys, as always the oc.net community rules!

P.S. My friend a week ago got one of these

http://www.skullcandy.com/shop/smoki...180b86ef170092

http://www.skullcandy.com/shop/fullm...180b86ef170092
and said they have waaaaay to much bass (he listens to a lot of folk, like bob dylan) and that it sounds muffled because of the bass and the eq and some other iphone homebrew program kinda helped but not nearly enough, any tips or mod suggestions that would help him out
?

They're Shure's lowest model, but still a very nice IEM, nice choice. =D Shure has outstanding customer service as well.

So far these are great, I was wondering since im using 128k mp3's would a non audiophile like me notice any difference? Last queastion, are there any mods for the skullcandy to get them less bassy/muffled?
