If I had kids I would rather have them addicted to video games(if that's even possible) than crack & heroine. All though I wouldn't let them play to the point where they would get addicted. All I want is for people to stop blaming video games for things and look at the real issues. I'm tired of being a scape goat.

Wow...
So they're trying to make it such that people can call others who play video games "Mentally ill?"
Now that is just BS.

I find the concept of being socially inept an insult. Now if you'll excuse me, I've gotta go leave the basement to get another Mountain Dew. Damn windows upstairs let light in... it hurts. I need a fridge down here.

(That was a joke)

I also have a friend who is addicted to EQ. As in the original like 9 year old EQ.

He'd come over and chill at my house for the weekend and I wouldn't be able to use my own PC. I'd fall asleep like 1AM after he had been on it for like 2 hours and when I got up at 8AM he was STILL playing. He'd get off and take a "Power Nap" and want to get right back to it. If you could OD on games he would def be a victim. IDK if he still plays that hardcore as I haven;t hung out with him in a while but I really don't see him ever getting a job or doing anything productive.

This is old, but still relevant to your OD comment...
