Intel PAT + Asus p4c800 ANd 2-3 Questions

Hello i would need some help about the PAT thing on my chip i875...

First of all i haven't notice it, all this time when i was using Sis or Everest... Since i Updated my bios(haven't done it since i bought it) and then run Everest i realized that there was a +PAT after my chipmodel.... I didn't give any attention to it cause i was bored...

But after i OC my PC again it was gone!! as you can see here--> http://www.overclock.net/intel-cpus/...ml#post3977759

The thing is that i read about it on the net... And somewhere says that if u enable Performance Accelaration mode in BIOS in Ram Timings it appears again BUT nothing happend to me...
HOW COULD I FIX IT???

Also now that i updated my bios another option is available: Performance Mode. Which i set to Turbo.
But i cant find any steping(D0 C1 or whatever) that i have read in the forums about... Could anyone answer to ANY of these qs?????

Thx in advance...

PS: WHAT IS BETTER?? A hi CPU And Low DDRs e.g. 3.4Ghz 266MhzRam
OR A "LOW" CPU And Hi DDRs e.g. 2.7Ghz 440++MhzRam
Just so i know...

I'm not sure what the first question is, but to answer the second, in terms of overall functionality, more CPU Ghz and less RAM Mhz will perform better than vice-versa. Although you should be able to pull off both, since higher RAM mhz = more stable CPU Ghz.

As for the BIOS stuff, reset everything to default, and don't use turbo mode or any other pre-made changes to BIOS. Set everything manually.
