Absolute cheapest bare-bones new computer?

Thread Starter
I thought of an interesting challenge for people who may be interested.

Try to design the cheapest bare-bones computer using only new parts and only from online stores. This computer can be completely slow and crappy but must include the following parts:

-Case
-Power supply
-HDD
-Motherboard
-RAM
-CPU
-Graphics output of some form
-Sound output other than PC speaker
-Must accept mouse and keyboard inputs

How cheap do you think it could be made?
I might put one together as an extra rig if the price is low enough. Bonus points if its faster than my current rig!
Way too expensive

Onboard graphics acceptable?

I never build crappy and slow computers. Any 360$ computer will be slow.

Also, what is the computer going to be doing? Regular internet browsing or what?

Here it is:

THe 780g is equivalent to a cheaper HTPC graphics card. Rosewills cheaper psu's have worked fine for me. Also you would have to use linux and freeware cause windows costs way too much.

You need to make your wishlist public, and then link it from the public access page.
