Stroker's is ok, but if your not gana do a pretty heavy OC mine will outperform and mine will OC ok too. Also mine integrated is much better (no offense stroker yours is cheaper though). As for the sempron.....they suck....

This is TOO easy.

CPU/Motherboard/GFX Combo - Intel Mini ITX for $69 at newegg
This processor is faster than the atom, and can handle software rendering for any games at least up to unreal tournament (all i tried) with ease. The entire board uses only about 26W at load.

RAM - 1GB DDR2 for $19 at newegg

HD - 60gb WD Scorpio for $30 at newegg
This drive is extremely quiet and uses very little power. Best choice IMO for a computer on the side, even if this wasn't a cheap build.

Case/PSU - Case with 300W PSU for $20 at geeks.
You won't even use 40W.

That's $138. Looks like this is the cheapst on the list so far
