I just convinced my friend to buy one of these- nothing else even comes close in terms of value! $80 chip + $75 board and you can hit 3.2 easy.

Almost makes you wonder why anyone would buy one of the low end intels for twice as much...

No offense, why do you think intel's low end cost 300+....
I am not knocking on the 5000+BE, as it is one of the best AMD chips.

Buy a DS3L, or IP35E paired with a E2160, E2180, E4500, heck for 129, you can even get a E7200.

Every single chip I just listed above paired with DS3L or Ip35E can be had for less than 200 bucks. In the case of E2160, E2180 around 150 for the combo.

The story on the lower end, budget vs performance, aren't what they used to be.

AMD or Intel, I don't care, but stop making false statments.

LOL, my decision was wrong! price changed already from newegg, new price is $77.21 shipped to me.
I secured myself with another order as well as sent them an email. just in case they don't refund, then I can simply refuse package and still get the deal. if they do refund me, i can just tell them to cancel my new order. the new order is shipping from city of industry, ca. last time was shipped from MEMPHIS, TN. shipping is taking about 4 business days. if shipped from CA, i probably got the item already because I'm from CA. I guess I was lucky b/c they shipped from further away warehouse while this new price change came out.
