Why the Hell do you even care?!?! That is just fanboyism right there. There is nothing wrong with being a fanboy until it clouds your judgment for almost absolutely good no reason. So what if it is 2 GPUs beating a 1? That’s ATI's strategy. What is smarter?
1. Making high-yield and low cost mid-range cores and slapping them together on a single PCB or
2. Make a powerful single GPU with a huge die size, resulting in crappy yields and higher cost?

Well hopefully Nvidia fails this time round.

I really do hope ATI produces a card not only to compete but better the competition.

Would be really nice to see and then i will actually say Nvidia Fails instead of ATI fail

It's crazy hard to take a programs CPU instructions and split them onto multiple threads, which is why you dont see nearly ANY games scaling to even 4 cpu cores.. Games can go from anywhere from 2 to 320 (so far) processing cores with no problems whatsoever.

So really, enough with this "OMG! 1 GPU is better!!!1!" nonsense.
I wonder why ATI's CF don't scale to 200% in every game then since it is so simple to achieve? Hmm?

ATI drivers are ALWAYS more stable than nvidia ones... hell, nvidia drivers are responsible for more windows vista crashed than all other sources combined
Have any proof of that besides microsoft claims? There's a certain percent of truth in it tho. So what? U talk like ATI drivers never cause crashes.

As for "I really wish you would stop posting man" that sound kinda childish. I got it, u really want ATI to be the top dog, but it doesn't give u right to post all kind of rubbish about nVidia.

Expected to hear something like there.
Read my post again, it wasn't a comparison of CF vs SLI of any kind, so try to understand the post before responding to it tearing single line out of content.

Lets just wait until the official benchmarks are released, including every-day gaming performance.

I love it when fanboys go crazy over some slightly fake Chinese benchmark figures...

How do the current ATI Vista x64 drivers compare to the Nvidia ones?

I love you man. <3

But really, 200%? are you retarded? obviously 200% scaling will never happen, that would mean that the second card's shaders would be performing twice as fast as the first....

I never said 100% scaling is going to happen anytime soon, I simply said its much easier (please note that word, EASIER, i never said more efficient... EASIER) to scale multiple GPU cores than CPU cores. and thats because they are so inherently parallel.

Honestly I don't care which company is "top dog". I'll buy whichever card performs better at a price point I can handle. I bought this 3870x2 because it performed the best at the time, and when i bought it i didn't know a 9800gx2 was coming out, and I already had a crossfire board from the x1k series.

And i'm not posting rubbish about nvidia. I posted truth. Ask anyone here who has Vista and an Nvidia card.
