My motherboard does not have Onboard Video.

My 7600 Blew up.

The 8800 is not allowing the computer ot boot correctly.

Thus I cannot get to control pannel.
If you can't even get into safemode it looks like you may need to do a repair install. Make sure you backup anything that you don't want to lose off the HDD by using a linux live CD.

>_> Alright.. I'm in... (Thank God)

So.. I went to remove/Add Programs, clicked Nvidia Drivers, removed the Display and Nforce (left Ethernet Drivers) and closed it.

Let's see if I can start it back up.

You know.. now I can't get past the post...Again...

The great thing is, if I can't do that.. how am I going to even do something as simple as boot from a CD? This is ridiculous....

If it crashes while POSTing then there are other underlying issues. Probably the PSU, as the moment the PC turns on is the moment of maximum load. But, if it gets past the POST but freezes upon windows boot, its probably XP.

My bet would be that the PSU is bricked.

I had 6 Fans plugged up, 2 Hard drives, to CD/DVD drives, and added that GPU.. and it booted. However the issue is, I had to wipe the Bios to get it to try to load the Floppy. When it did that, I could boot into safe mode.

NOW it's not doing that. It's just.. starting, and the bios load, then it restarts.

Do you hear the POST BIOS beep before the OS loads. Or does it just freeze before the BIOS beep.

Before the beep. I've been able to load Safe Mode tree to four times prior...
Now it's just constantly restarting.

I've even tried a Bigger PSU. Power is not the issue.

I heard you can't use the second PCI-E slot unless there is a card in the first one, or a "Dummy Card "
