Yep.. I'm about to fling this entire setup out of my window and watch it bake in the sun.

Mhmm.

Perhaps the Motherboard died on me for some reason?

Do you have the aux power conector in (floppy type plug or molex depending on the board) It shouldn't matter with powered card but it is related to pci-e power.
It can be activated in the BIOS?

...but then again you need to be able to access the BIOS.

You might want to hit up Grunion or DuckieHo, those Gents know their stuff.

*Exhale* I'll ask Duckie. I've spoken with him before.

Guys I REALLY appreciate the help, but I'm simply frustrated at the moment.

The only other question I have is... There's a 4 pin plug next to my MB power (20 Pin) and it says "PCI-E Power" However.. even plugging that in doesn't cause a difference.

The Motherboard just doesn't load past the bios. Even unplugging EVERYTHING except for the video.

Ok, the motherboard does not load past the BIOS.... what part EXACTLY is the system locking up on? The first CPU/memory detect page? The IRQ page? Or after? Any error messages? It does not sound like a video card problem.... Is your mobo BIOS up-to-date?
Once again...

I'm not entirely sure. The only thing I can get a response out of is if I am able to hit TAB and watch the POST process.

After it confirms there is 2048MB of RAM, it stops, restarts, and repeats that same loop.

get the newest driver off another computer and save it onto a CD and load it. the driver that comes on the disc is old...if that doesnt work, get a new psu, when i went from a 8600 to a 8800, i had to replace the psu.
