First Build Ever, Need Advice

I have a 4 year old stock HP Pavilion Destop and I want to start upgrading it to a mid-grade gaming PC. I don't want to play the fastest games out there at the highest resolutions, but I want to be able to play FPS games smoothly while having a very cost efficient PC. So far I have come up with this.

Case:http://cmusashop.coolermaster-usa.co...products_id=58
PSU:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817148038

I'm going to keep my HD for the time being and all I want to get (for now) is a case and power suppply. My old PSU blew out so I need the PSU mainly. I'm set on that case so dont try to change my idea on that, haha

Mainly...for a PSU I dont want to spend more than $40...I want to get it from a reliable source, obviously.

As I get money to upgrade this thing I will be posting on ideas.

Thanks in advance for any info.

My Current Set-up:
Case: HP Pavilion Stock Case
PSU: Dead Stock
Processor: Pentium 4 3.0GHz
Heatsinks/Fans: Stock Asus Fan/Heatsink (CPU), back fan and modded side pannel fan (Case)
Motherboard: No Idea, some Asus Board.
HD: 200GB, 7200.7
Drives: DVD Burner & Basic CD Drive
Video Card: ATI Radeon X550 (256mb)

Any Advice on what to upgrade when would be great

ONE of the best PSU for budget build:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817189014

wait until it comes down to $50 free shipping (stretch the 40 to 50 it's worth it), it will bounce on and off. if your not in a hurry just wait

if you must get one now:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817256032

much better than the apevia one in my book

I am in kind of a hurry. Thanks, I'll watch that one PSU over the weekend, I need it by next weekend.

I also forgot to say I want between 500-600 watt, no more than 600, I wont have use for it. I'm not going to be going SLI, I'll just get 1 decent card so I want a PSU with a PCI-e (6-pin) connector. I know this will sound funny but I want it to look good also.
