Get Rivatuner, and crank the fan speed up to 60% (or 100%, since it's that hot)
How does it still function after getting that hot????????? Get it fixed quick!
Check the fan is actually working on the car, also make sure it's not clogged up with dust.

I have a feeling your fan speed is stuck at a certain speed. Mine was stuck at 30% even with the new bios update. I DLed Rivatuner and made custom fan profiles and launchers when the Core Temperature crosses a certain Threshold...so the fan automatically changes speed dependent on temperature.

Try it

It's for the GPU. It's supposed to solve the issue of the fan speed being stuck, but it didn't do anything for me.
