E8400 temp questions - Page 4

yes. After some research i found that realtemp shows the Actual temp of the cpu. My idle temps are right around 30c *and its 100 degrees Fahrenheit outside about 68ish in my house.

good to hear. thats what mine was idling at.... until

10min ago when i knocked my whole pc over (cracking a few things).... now after reseating my cpu cooler its at 40 idle and over 60 under load, using RealTemp btw.


bent the cable end to my sennheiser 600HD's too ( extra $40-50 to replace ).

Sorry for hijacking the thread, just had to get that out.
