Hi guys, I've been working on this problem a better part of a day now, I have built a new computer with an ABIT IS7 Mobo and a 2.4 ghz Intel P4 processor and a 500 gig WD HD and a gig of 3700 ram

The computer works fine but when I overclock it, even 3 mhz, it will not recognize the HD, it doesn't hang or anything, it just can't detect it, it does not show up when I try to auto detect in CMOS. IF I change the speed back to 2.4 it works find and it can find it in CMOS and at the boot up and windows starts fine. Any thoughts? Thanks -Ben

P.S my brother previosly had the mobo and chip and was running it very cool at 2.8 ghz
