Corsair Airflow Fans or ASUS Mempipe?

Thread Starter
I have the ASUS M3A32-MVP Deluxe/WiFi Motherboard, and it came with the mempipe for the ram, but my Corsair Dominator came with the Corsair Airflow fans, which would be better for temperatures?

I searched around and found out that the airflow fan can disrupt the airflow to the cpu, so am I better off with the mempipe or should I keep the airflow fan?

Thanks for all replies.

Air from the CPU gets there from your HSF, unless you're going passive, in which case you shouldn't need another RAM cooler in the first place.
I would recommend you get the OCZ RAM cooler. It looks better, has larger fans, and I think it gives more airflow.
But since you already have those two, I would go for the Corsair.

It really dosent put that much air out.I think adding more airflow to the board how ever small is good.Especialy if you ever upgrade to 4 stick's.

my dominator fans put out alot of air i can not see heat pipes working that good. Plus if you have the dominator ram how hard would it be to attach the heat pipes?

I can't put the dominator fans on top of the heat pipes, unless some modifications. The dominator fans clip on the edge of the ram slot and the mempipe is in the way.
