My 850 watter died on me, so I requested an RMA. OCZ's customer support is phenomenal. They took my CC info and are cross-shipping my replacement on Monday. Me and the guy, his name was Shaun were on the phone about 15 minutes, and only 5 of that was business. got my bro a 600w PSU. It didn't come DOA but it kept giving me BSODS within minutes of booting into the OS.
I sent it back, for some reason it took them 3 weeks to even register the PSU as arrived even though my bro payed Â£20 for next day delivery (he has too much money i know)
They apologized by sending him an 800W back, you cannot argue with that eh!
I also got a load of goodies with my PSU. I love OCZ also, they have a top notch customer service. I mean sure, it didn't go 100% smooth but they co-operated 100% and even credited us back! I'm glad you too had a good experience
