Scythe's line of Slipstream fans offers a great selection. The Slipstreams are a great balance of cost and effectiveness, in my opinion. For case fans you don't really need super-high RPMs or CFM ratings for them to be effective, so I would suggest either the 40.17CFM model or the 68.54CFM model.

Good luck.

2 Pack 120MM LED Fans @39CFM - $16 shipped

Coolermaster fans are of high quality and almost dead silent.

AC 64 Pro

A great cooler for $30 shipped. Keeps my X2 at 42C fully loaded for 12 hours.
OCZ Vendetta & TRUE would be good choices as well but cost some more.

After a complete ortho it is done at 3.96 ghz. I was hoping for 3.0 but it failed 12 minutes into, but this is close enough ^_^. With the new cpu fan the cores stayed below 40c during the whole ortho so it is doing great. Thank you all for your help.

You can try setting the RAM speed to 400Mhz in bios and with the overclock you have it will run at 493Mhz (2960Mhz/6) which is close to the speed your memory is designed to run at (533Mhz). You might be able to tighten up the timings too.
