take your pick

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...bcat=&name=**B Grade** Asus P5N-D nForce 750i SLi (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 (MB-265-AS)
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...bcat=&name=**B Grade** Asus P5N-T Deluxe nForce 780i (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 (MB-261-AS)
i know that they are b-grade but take it from me. there is nothing wrong with these boards. they are both NF 7 series. one is 780i the other 750i and i can tell you one thing . you can't beat those prices anywhere

I actually like non-reference designs, they have better cooling/options most of the time...
No thats a bad thing, not using the reference designs leads to issues with the chipset and lack of support from NVIDIA.
