Buying a new LCD, help please.

Ok, I'm going to retire my Dell 2005fpw. It's been great but I really want HDMI and 1080p funcionality. With the following items in mind could I get a few reccomendations.

1- I have a PS3 that I want to hook up to it. So I need this to be fairly seamless.

2- My 2005fpw has a great picture, I don't want much degredation in this area.

3- My GPU(s) can handle 1920x1200.

4- ~$500. I will in no way shape or form go over this amount.

5- B&M is most desireable, so Best Buy, Staples, CC are my primary shopping points.

6- I'll be sitting fairly close.

7- I don't mind matte or glossy.

8- I love you guys in a very hetero way.

Thanks in advance.

Samsung 226CW or 226BW. It's a 22" screen. Now if you want bigger, I would go with a 24" screen. Or check around and see what's on sale and get a 28" LCD TV and just use it as a monitor.

Thanks for the suggestions so far but I really need something that fits my guidelines a little better. Specifically brick and mortar.

How is this one? Seems like a really nice price on a 24" with DVI and HDMI ports. Too good to be true?
