8800GT overclock problem?

Thread Starter
Hi.. ive noticed reading peopels computer spec's with the 8800gt that they have around 700/1500/2100

stock speeds of this card are 600/1500/900 i think.. im wondering, how does almost everyone get more than double the memory speed?

it goes Core clock/shader clock/memory clock does it not? meaning they have huge oc's in memory clock..

How come? can memory clock be increased a lot without raising many temps? because i cant even get a stable 700 core clock, 1600 shader and 1000 memory? should i keep stock core and shader clocks and try raising my memory clock a lot?

Please help, thanks. Im using stock cooling as well, but that shouldent stop me from getting any better.

When someone says their memory reached 2100, it's 2100 effective or 1050x2. The memory is DDR - double data rate.
