What rams should i get?

Thread Starter
So, im getting a new hd and vista x64 and another 8800gts 512 in about a week, and i thought why not get new rams aswell.

I would like a 2 x 2gb kit, or 4 x 1gb kit.

So if you could name e few 4gb ram kits, ddr2 800 or 1066mhz.

Thanx!

It's RAM not RAMs.

You'd say "I want some more food please!", and not "I want more foods please!"

With Intel it´s better to go with higher MHz so I recommend 1000 or higher and here´s some good ones.

Thanx for the reply! i think i'll get the mushkins, they look good and are cheaper than the second g-skill kit (second link)

Oh and one more off-topic question, wd raptor 150 gb or samsung spinpoint 1tb f1? They are about the same price.

Mushkins are not a bad choice, they gonna serve you well.

Well, raptor is still a little faster then the rest maybe unless you go for RAID but then again what do you do with your rig, I do games so therefore I have the raptor, the downside with raptor is that it makes more noise but I have it a Zalman ZM-2HC1 HDD cooler so it´s rather quiet and cool.

But if you into musik, video and games and should go for the spinpoint.

Here you can read about spinpoint, raptor is also in the test so you can compare.

The Merino is the most economically influential breed of sheep in the world, prized for its wool. Super fine merinos are regarded as having the finest and softest wool of any sheep. Recently the low price of wool has led to more emphasis on the market and sale of the animal's meat. Poll merinos have no horns (or very small stubs, known as scurs), and horned merino rams have long, spiral horns which grow close to the head.

A bit of background.
