I would try increasing the vcore to 1.35v and see how it runs. When running CoreTemp, what does it report for VID?

im not an expert but i think you should lower the clocks a little bit and see what happens, because 13 hours then failing is pretty darn good.
edit: dang you beat me!

VID is he default voltage the CPU is programmed to run at. The VID is different from chip to chip, even if they are the same line. For example, my Q6700 has a VID of 1.225v (runs default 2.66GHz at 1.25v). Others have 1.275v, and even 1.325v, but I've really only seen that high on some of the Q6600s. What this can show is an indication of how well the CPU scales when overclocking. So just run CoreTemp to see what the VID is.

There is a chance you can go higher (you would just have a better chance with a lower VID). I would try finding the max vcore your cooling can handle. So try something like 1.4v vcore, and see how high the temps go. If they are OK, try 1.425v, then 1.45v etc (1.45v is more then likely the max with a high end air cooler where as 1.375v is the highest for a mid range cooler). Once you find the max vcore you can run while maintaining acceptable temps, try to OC higher.

it on 1.33 now with temp on full load of
CPU 50
CORE1 60
CORE2 60
i know it can handle 1.4 cuz that what the bios put on him when the voltage was on auto
but then i had my max temp for core1/2 reach 67
i really dont want to cross the 60 wall
can you give me names of some good air cooling for the CPU cuz my "AC-freezer 7 pro" aint enought to go higher

13 hours in Prime95 is... Plenty. I think it's stable. Your temps should be under 65, which they are.

The best cooler is the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme (aka T.R.U.E.) with a Scythe Kaze 120mm fan. But that can be pretty pricey at almost $70 for the setup. Probably the best, "bang for your buck" is the Tuniq 120. It comes with a decent fan and runs about $45. be aware that both are fairly large coolers.

TRUE
