Random Restarts, no POST, Help?

Well I set this computer up for my best friend with a 680i I had laying around. After some problem booting I finally got it working. Booted, Posted, and i set up windows. Then the monitor shutoff, and then turned on to bios screen. Woudln't post and so I switched the Ram around still wouldn't post. Finally I put two ram sticks, turned the system on, and took one out. It POSTED. It booted Windows again and all was good. Checked the temps and they were superb with the Tuniq installed. Tried some gaming and again..the random restarts. Attempted to put in a second stick of Ram to make it 4gigs and the system wont even POST. Any answers? Cpu is Q6700, mobo is 680i with newest bios, and 4 gigs of RAm, only two will work at a time. Temps are below 48 degrees full load. These restarts are driving me nuts. I would like to use the second stick of Ram also. Usually after a restart it won't boot unless I switch the Ram sticks about..and sometimes not then. Only after repeated coaxing does it boot. It's very frustrating. Sometimes it will boot into windows only to restart back to bios. Usually the fans stay on, its just the operating system that restarts. Also restarts repeatedly when gaming. Any help?

Hm, it seems like it restarts whenever you go under load. If that's the case I think your voltages are too low.

Voltages are at 1.35. Thats high since CPU is only clocked to 3.0. Maybe a short in the PSU? One of my cables was cut off so I wrapped in electric tape. May that be the problem? And what would explain the RAM?

Would upping the mobo voltage a little help at all? Or plugging in the SLI-Power molex even though it only has 1 graphics card?
