It's a spacer for those times when you need to get fan moved away from the case or the guard a little further from the fan. Plus it can be used for special lighting effects.

We are making them, some will sell, some may not and those will be eliminated from the list and others are already being designed to replace those that don't sell. We already expected some designs not to sell. One can never tell what will sell and what won't.
