want to build new system

I would like to build a new system for my son. I would like to get some suggestions on what kind hardware I should use. I like the new evga 790i board. I would like to get some input on what I should put in it. He is a gamer and I would like to build him something with some speed and power.

Hi and welcome to the forum.Hang in there and a lot of members goin to help.Im not a big builder of somebody else rig's.Only in mine's.There is a lot of options and good prices around.You have a budget in mind?

I would like to spend 1500 -2000 and he would like to play crysis he plays alot fps and mmo and rpg

I'm looking to build another computer as well, mines a bit out of date.

However I don't have the spending limit that you do, but I threw some stuff together that I would buy as if that was for me.
