Thread Starter
hey guys, im willing to install winxp 64 bit so i can work 3dmax and autocad on 64bit, but does winxp 64 bit make problems if im working in a network? or it will work normaly without no problems like the winxp 32bit edition? should i experience problems since my computer is 64 bit and all the other network is 32bit?

You should not run into any problems based on the bitness of your OSes in your network.

DJ, if you're talking about a home network, or workgroup type network you should be fine. X32 and X64 network together just fine. The only snag you could run into (like if this is a Work PC) is if the network is setup as a domain, not as workgroup. Only Vista Ultimate and Vista Business can interface with a domain.
