Here is the card I'm talking about:

EVGA 384-P3-N853-AR GeForce 8800GS Superclocked 384MB 192-bit
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130333

I was reading that this card was basically being remarketed as a 9600GSO or something. I just ordered the 8800GS version linked above for a new rig I'm building. I am sorely tempted to get 2 for SLI, but I don't want to spend quite that much $ at this time (supposed to be a budget build lol).

Do you think this card will actually rise in price if they stop making the 8800GS versions? It's a pretty good deal right now at $109 after mail-in rebate, and I would hate to see it higher in a few months when I'm interested in picking up another!

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I just wanted to make sure...I know the ASUS EN7800GTX I have in my old machine is actually like $219.99 if you can even find them these days, since they are so rare now.
