19" WS LCD for gaming?

I just put together this new rig:

Intel Core 2 Duo e8400(3.0ghz)
Gigabyte EP35 DS3R mobo
xfx 8800gts 512mb
4GB(2x 2gb) G.Skill DDR2 1000
Corsair CMPSU HX-520w
Rocketfish(lian li) full tower

and I need a good gaming monitor that will do this setup justice.

I've been gaming on a 14" WS and a 15" regular for as long as I can remember. Therefore, I am not intrested in huge screens like the majority of the market. I would like to get a 19" widescreen.

Most 19"s are between 100-200$, so I guess thats my budget.

I just want something that brings this rig to life while gaming.

Of all the luck. I've been searching for a LCD the last couple of days, for my gf's rig. I've beent trying to keep it under $200, and basically get the best picture possible.
I've narrowed it down to these:
http://www.ecost.com/Detail/Monitors.../41583716.aspx
^That's a 19". But it's refurbished. But for the price, that hard to pass up IMO. The other one I'm considering is 20" actually, hope you don't mind. It's a really good deal.

I came across this, what do you guys think?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824009127
It has 1680 x 1050 resolution, rare on the 19", how would it look?

Other recommendations welcomed.

I'm also willing to go up an extra inch(to 20") because:
1)19 and 20" are almost the same prices(very small $$ difference margin)
2)on the 20" you usually get a higher resolution(1680 x 1050)

but mainly, I just want as much awsome color and crystal clarity possible, and no blur/slowdown when a lot of action is going on in the screen. Even if that means a lower resolution(1440x900 instead of 1680x1050).

That has 0 reviews(shocking on newegg), and also has NO DVI input, which means its VGA = thing of the past.

The second one:
LG L196WTY-BF
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824005096
(Its the same model but the 20", 19" no longer on newegg)
Out of 130 buyers, the common issue are: weak stand, minor color bleed/ghosting near edge/top of screen when on dark backgrounds, and low refresh rate of 60. The 2ms means nothing as they probably measured grey to grey so it appears faster, as opposed to honest color to color mesaurements. I'll look into this more before I make a decision.

This is a 1680x1050 native res 19". In the comments by buyers you read of the problem that when you switch to a lower resolution it appears blurry. So if I wanted to switch to the normal native resoultion of 19"(1440x900) it would appear blurry. Also reading text comes to an issue here and blurs. I would buy this monitor only if I were gonna leave it on 1680x1050 24/7 - and I have no clue how 1680x1050 looks on a 19" monitor.

I think I've decided on this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824001094

The only thing I could find in its 186 reviews was "No Dvi cable included" and "rare/occasional ghosting that you'd only notice if you looked for it". I had broken it down to samsung vs LG, but the LG's had the higher native resoultion which is harder to run new games in full settings in(rather run the 14xx by 900 resoultion).
