I wouldn't have thought it would be your router as the downloads are port 80
It's either at peak times your net gets capped off or they are throttling you
for dling to much.
Ya I think they are throtteling me. But its happening ALL the time. Im gunna have to call them and tell them to stop it, then im going to switch ISP's.

As far as the storage limit on RS there is no limit, if you store more than a certain ammount it just gets changed to a high capacity account or something. Its the Download limits they make their money on so the more stuff that gets uploaded the more stuff can be downloaded.
