yeah im not overclocked either now...the problem is that it is happening every 10-15 minutes playing ANY game. Basically i cant #$&*ing play anything currently and it's my day off, so it's a little upsetting =)

Get rid of the drivers that came with the card and upgrade to the latest Geforce drivers which you can always find here. This will probably save you a lot of headaches.

First off, this has happened to me too.

Second, What is your OC on your card and what were the stock settings?

My card is running at stock now...it seems the only thing that reduces (sometimes fixes) the problem is to underclock it. But i didnt buy this card to have one barely better than my previous, ya know!

ok, but what were your overclock settings and stock settings.

stock =

580mhz core
800mhz memory (ddr3 if that matters)

OCed (by the INCLUDED driver's OCing program)

634mhz
and i think about 860 on the memory

also...the highest temp i EVER saw on the card, was 67C

Click here and fill in your specs.

Click here and install the latest drivers.

Also, if you haven't yet, restart your computer. Whenever I used to get that crash, the problem would just get worse if I didn't restart the machine.
