Those are Great Fans - I have 2 of them and then decided to go with the 3000 (133cfm) model.

Everyone complains in the forums of them being too loud - but they dont bother me at all, and they also say they click at a lower RPM - I just dont hear it all...... maybe Im going deaf.... I'm used to the WHINE from High Speed Delta's so switching to these Ultra Kaze's are like a walk in the park with a crisp breeze!

Anyways - Very Very good choice of Fans my Friend - you wont be dissapointed!

Sorry I misread. I thought you meant you were using the Yates Loons.

Okay. I was just looking at your setup that may be part of the heat problem. It appears you are pulling air straight off the mobo and case as well as having some air restriction due to the honeycomb pattern on top.

Here's an experiment to try.

Remove the fans from inside of your case and place them and the heat shroud on top to make a pull fan system.
Placed spacers under your rad, 2 X 4 or something like that on the edges just enough to get good air flow into the rad.
Block the exit air from the top of your case and see how that works.

IIRC Ira stated a pull system is good for 1 to 2C, and getting rid of the warmer air from the case as well as the blockage from the honeycombs maybe good for a little more cooling.

Just a thought.

Forgot to add I just blocked the front and back spots on the top my case with painters tape and saw a 1C drop in temps. I am not pulling air straight out of the case like you except the middle fan as I am using a gutted 120 fan as a base.

63C at load is gravy.

70C at load is gravy.

You've got tons of room.

Sorry then I am out of ideas.

As far as the temps that's about right for a B3 Quad at 3.8. They run hotter than the GO.
