The Reaper RAM isn't very good to start off with. It uses ProMos chips which overclock very poorly. If you have the budget, try and find some Buffalo FireStix or order some Micron D9GMH from TankGuys.com. That is the greatest RAM you will be able to find.

Remember, when overclocking on Intel chipsets, the RAM:FSB ratio is locked, when you increase the FSB, you're overclocking your RAM as well.

Russian has got the RAM part covered for you...

As I put earlier...I don;t have much experience with CF boards....so I can;t comment on the MOBO

The CPU should be perfect. Easily overclockable and you should be able to get some great performance out of it.

The cooler should do you just fine. It's about as good as your going to get on air. If your temps rise to high (which I doubt) and you have to switch to liquid...you won't have any problems off-loading it.

Beofre you run out and spend the extra money on the scythe's...build it and see if the noise is bothersome to you. If it doesn't annoy you...don;t bother with different fans. That's something that's pretty easy to change out once it's up and running.

EDIT:
Forgot the sound card...

I've never been a huge fan of starting out with a sound-card when the mobo has 8 channel sound built in. I know the cards are better...but I like to stqart with a base (onboard) and decide if thats something I want to upgrade later. Soundcards, Cooling, peripheral's are all things that can be added in in about 5 seconds - so I would hold off to see if the onboard suits you. It's $80 that you might save.

Those Buffalo FireStix are reallyy dear! lol.

I'm only concerned because here in Australia most components are 1.75 to 2.75 times the price of components in the US.
