Counter-Strike 1.6 Question

*I apologize in advance if its a noob question*

Hey all,

Yesterday I decided to play counter-strike 1.6 for the first time in a very long time. Anyways, I have dual monitors and my primary one is a 22" Hanns-G. I had the game up and running on that screen. I played for about a half hour and went AFK for a little while. I left cs 1.6 up on my screen and the game was on the main screen before you go into any server. I returned back to my computer and both my screens were in standby mode (orange lights). I moved my mouse and....only 1 screen came back, my secondary. I checked my primary screen which had the game running and its light was green also, just a black screen. I restarted my pc and my primary screen returned.

Just wondering if its just something up with counter-strike where it just doesn't like being left in standby or if my dual monitors threw it for a loop.

Its not really a huge issue because I usually just exit any games before I leave my pc up for awhile. Just wondering, thats all.

Thanks!
