Overclocking Gateway

I thought that it was not possible to overclock a Gateway. Then I stumbled upon this thread:

How is this done? The BIOS doesn't give me the options to overclock.

Though its not recommended to OC on a stock HSF, you can achieve a mild to moderate OC with the aid of overclocking software. The problem with overclocking software is, that it is not all that stable, so don't expect a 1ghz + OC like me
