Entertainment Only: Video Card System Challenge

The other day, I was looking online for the special (Visontek 3870 for $129) at Bestbuy and I came across this.

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1177112455414

BFG 8800GTX for $939.99.

My challenge, Build a complete system with this budget, -minus value of the video card that you choose. The idea is to get a complete system that can perform close or better than the BFG8800GTX, if it was in the same system.

Example: If I choose the 9800GTX, then my budget system will be about $640
Use OverClocking speculation, Any online retailer, and even rebates to figure into your costs. SLi, Xfire, use your imagination.

Items to list: CPU,CPU cooler, Motherboard, RAM, PS, CASE, HD.

***DISCLAIMER***
This is purely for entertainment purposes, the build that I and others(I hope) who posts, do not guranteed the actual performance of the said system to perform faster than with the said BFG8800GTX

You know what. The GX2 is a bad choice. I got a crap case. Maybe I should've tried SLi.

Entertainment and you're looking at an 8800GTX?

You should get a 8800GTS 512MB, it will be a strong player for quite a while. The 9800GX2 is a poor card (for the price).

Question = Are you going to be gaming, or just watching movies ETC. If you are, you don't need a video card that is this powerful and save yourself $60.

I would recommend this:

Motherboard
RAM
CPU
PSU
CPU cooler
Harddrive
Video Card
Case

Total = $700 +\\- $20.
Blackbox.

I think you misunderstood my post. It's purely for fun only. I'm not really looking to buy another system. However your system you put together met my challenge perfectly.
