Okay, so i've searched the forums a bit, and didn't exactly find what i needed.. I've been on the AMD wagon for years now, and in a week or so, my new intel system should be at my door.

So, what i'm looking for, is someone who can tell me how to set up my system in the bios, what settings to adjust, and what setting *not* to adjust.

Here is a complete list of the setup.

Asus P5Q-Deluxe
Intel E8200
Corsair Dominator PC2-8500 (5-5-5-15)
Noctua NH-U12P

And yes, there will be ppl asking me the same stupid question of, why i didn't just go with a Quad Core instead of Dual Core, and the answer is simple: I don't *need* heavy quad core, since i wouldn't be able to put it into use, since i mostly just would be gaming, so rather just buy a cheap CPU, and OC it from here and to what ever is the limit. Thank you..

And another question goes for the CPU Cooler i've chosen.. I've read that with this, you can buy another fan and add it on the cooler, to get even more and better cooling, but haven't actually seen it in action.. What i'm more interested about is, how on earth will i plug the fan in ? Should i just use on of the other fan-plugs on the motherboard ? And is there anyone that have actually tried this, and can give me some feedback if it gives any better performance

But all in all, i'm just looking for what setting i should go for, what timings i can set on my RAM, and what clocks should i expect the CPU to stop at, before going unstable ?
