I know there is a left handed C7 (m16). I am left handed but i use the right handed C7 anyway. I've been lucky to not get a steaming cartridge down my shirt becuase of it; I do find a lot of stray ones in my tac vest while checking after a range day.

All CS:S guns are mirror images of the guns they are intended to represent. They don't even have the license to give the guns their proper name.

maybe i should have been more clear. what they did was take the real thing, and made a mirror image of it. all the weapons are mirror images of their left hand counterpart. all the bolts, mechanisms, ejection ports, are facing inward to make it interesting... no one wants to see the boring side of the gun - or at least thats what the cs development team thought.

think about it... in real life, on a right hand bolt action rifle, the bolt is on the right side of the gun. you hold the rifle with your left, and pull the trigger and operate the bolt with your right hand. not so, in CSS.

I think your confusing the word bolt and lever with something else. The bolt is inside of the weapon and its what houses the firing pin. This moves back and forth from gas from the previously fired round to chamber another round. The charging handle is what chambers the first round, it brings the bolt back the spring in the butt of the weapon slams it back into place and chambers.
