Overclocking e2160-Advice please(newbie here)

Thread Starter
hi everyone, i'm a newbie overclocking and i don't know if i am doing things correctly

i'm trying to push my e2160(revision M0) at or above 3Ghz but it just keeps me failing at orthos when set my fsb to 333 or higher xD

right now is running at 2970 Mhz, 330 FSB with an stock cooler and is stable for 6 hours on orthos

the cpuz shows that my vcore is around 1.3 and 1.4 (i didn't touch the voltages, i leaved them on [AUTO] on my MB Bios)

what should i do?

some friend's told me to raise the vcore a little, but i don't even know it's default value

first off set your ram timings to 2.00 that will leave you with a ratio of 1;1 which is best
and then take your voltages off of auto then slowly increase your fsb from stock in increments of 20 each time you increase yr fsb boot and run orthos for about 5 min and if you run through orthos fine re boot and increase yr fsb again keep repeating process until system is unstable then raise yr voltage up one notch from stock

if you don't know yr stock v core reset every thing in yr bios to default that will tell you your stock v core then do what i said above

also fill in the rest of your system so people can further help you
