I Need Some E2180 Info

Thread Starter
I just bought some new parts, to go along with some current spares to use instead of my Grandpa rig (P3 Celery). I got a E2180 for it, and there's some stuff I need to know. +Rep for everyone that helps.
  1. Which way is the thermal paste applied?; after using a Q6600 I'm confused.
  2. What is the absolute highest vcore I should give it for 24/7 use?; the Q6600's max is about 1.5v.
  3. What is the absolute highest temps I should have for 24/7 use?; the Q6600 G0's was 72c in CoreTemp.
  4. What is the most accurate temperature sensor program for the E2x00's, CoreTemp?
