Don't forget the fans for the radiator! Other than that it looks good.

have you guys tried using right angled fittings instead of curving the tubes? any performance hits? what materials can the fittings be (plastic? aluminum? too avoid corrosion?)

Q1) Would using a GTX240 instead of a GTX360 make a noticeable performance decrease temperature wise? the 240 would fit nicely on top of my case, whereas the 360 would overlap slightly the two outer edges... (either setup would have the rad pointing up since my computer will be in a position where up is the only wide space available, right now its boxed in by my desk, wall and closet)
That guy is using the Swiftech kit. The exact one I'm getting very shortly. I really like how he has that stuff on the outside. That's how I'm having it done.

i might of considered everything outside, but the gtx360 is going to cover everypart of the top of my computer and more... so not a choice for me unless i goto the gtx240...

R-3603 Tygon 1/2" ID / 3/4" OD (1/8" wall) Tubing Cost HKD$360 USD$46.15 4 Meters

D5 Pump Cost USD$114.1

Res HKD$400 USD$57.69

Fuzion v2 CPU Block USD$71 Needs to be shipped to Hong Kong (Still searching, worst case, ship to US and get a friend to bring it over)

Total damage: HKD$4000

USD$ 524.21 not including t-line and barbs and other fittings if needed.

Reason it's so expensive is that HK imports all these products...
Looks pretty good, I don't know what kind of res that is, as long as it doesn't have aluminum in it you should be OK...Use some decent cfm 120x38mm fans on the GTX, they will work well with any 47+cfm..360 GTX Beats PA.3 Using 47cfm YL Fans......Martins HWlabs 480GTX Thermals.......But I would use at least a 86cfm Pana on any rad....

...86cfm Pana

These are what I use....115 Pana-S/W

Shrouds will help if you have the room for them, its a cheap several C gain...

..Part 1- 480 GTX Temp's with and with-out shrouds

..How To: Make any Sized shroud in 2 minutes

..How To: Build A Performance Shroud

Heres some stuff you might like to read, read all the stickies here to, there is a lot of good info in them....I'll leave you my cleaning and set-up PDF also, it has a lot of basic cleaning and set-up info in it..
