So... how do i RMA?

Thread Starter
I need to RMA my XFX 8800gts 320mb.

However, i can't find anywhere on their site to open an RMA request. All i can do is open support tickets and they only reply to them every 3 days or so or whenever i send them a bump.

I'm not going to ring them as their tech help line in the UK costs 60p/minute, so a 20 minute conversation trying to troubleshoot the issue would cost £12...

Am i missing something or do i have to wait for them to "ok" it through the help ticket system?

which site did you order from? check your reciept for the item, it might have rma instructions on it and a return form.

You either ring or email contact@xfxforce.co.uk and request an RMA.

Bought it from ebay, and apparently, only licensed resellers can return cards, not the customer (in Europe that is). And, my ebay member is dead (or not around) anymore.

Guess i won't be RMA'ing then...

I just RMA'd my card today. You have to open a ticket and explain yourself. Give them details such as how it failed, how they can replicate the failure, if you're in SLI mode, etc. Then and only then do they authorize the RMA and send you to their ftp site to download the RMA paperwork. Any questions? PM me.
