I'll sell u may very lightly used Club 3D HD3870 for less than you're gonna spend on a new card as I just got this beast of a 3870X2! It'll come retail boxed, as new, with the invoice etc but minus DVI-HDMI adaptor unless it's really needed cos I'm using it on my old socket a machine in front of the 40" Bravia
Tempted?

Sorry. I'd like to go through a more official route. I learnt my lesson by purchasing my cards from other users!

This is my choice: http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Produ...oductID=692661

It says on the box "step up program", so i assume it has it. That's a good card, correct?

You don't fancy the 3870 that laughs at Crysis on high at 1440x900? I'll even be the middle man 'til the warranty on the card runs out; it just needs a good home and it's sitting here in it's box lonely I'll do it for much less than that 8800GT

NIB 8800GT £100

A decent guy, and a decent product. It is NIB so just PM him and see if eh has the receipt and you will be able to claim control of the warranty.

You're a difficult man to please My Alex!

You will more than likely get the warranty, just PM him and see if he has the receipt to hand you along with the card.

As for the Step - Up, well no this card cannot offer that. But you will be paying a £17.50 premium for that if you want to have it.

It is up to you to be honest, personally i would go for the EVGA as well if I had the money. but if money is really tight then I would still pick up the Xpert for £100.

At least you have a few choices.
