I need a program to check my cpu temp, also what is the "must be" down of in temperature? like i've heard 55C is the maximum it should be, so if 56+ my system could get damaged, or am i wrong?

I recommend PC Wizard 2008. It's a program that tells everything about everything inside your computer by CPUID (Makers of CPU-Z)

hwmonitor
everest
realtemp (45nm chips)
coretemp (65nm chips)

there are others but i would use a few at first to make sure they all agree.

What are the recommended temperatures?
Im using PC Wizard 2008 and CoreTemp,
Pc Wizard 2008 shows everything in my case temperature, CoreTemp shows just both core temperature.

Should i just care of the core temps, or everything, i wanna know the normal on this:
0~5% of each Core:

100% of each Core(running 2 memtest):

As you see it shoot up to 46C in like 15 mins of 100% processor using.

All this is default, i mean i havent clocked with this temp, i have no cooler and cannot buy any in anytime soon.

What is the maximum temperature i should have?

Note: Both programs always had the same values of the core, so i guess thats my real temp.

temps look about right for stock cooling, if a little on the low side tbh but that depends on abbient.

your pc will shutdown if the temps ever get too high, but 65c is hot for cpu/mobos 95c for gpu.
