Take a lookn at this:

It has comparison charts for the card and the results speak for themselves!

No, the 9800 series drivers have been out in a couple of revisions I beleive.

And the 9800GTX is a good bit better than the G92 GTS.

Yes the 9800GTX uses higher stock volts but the main reason the memory is faster is because it has looser timings... BTW my 8800GTS is gaming/ATitool stable @ 800mhz core and 2256mhz mem and bench stable up to 840mhz core / 2098mhz shader / 2256mhz mem. Clock for Clock an 8800GTS is faster than the 9800GTX(IE same frequencies) due to looser memory timings.

I have yet to see a 9800GTX that OCs significantly better than my GTS...

There's only one major difference between the G92 GTS and the 9800 GTX. The 9800 has two SLI connectors, while the 8800 only has one. All that means is that the 9800 will do triple-SLI, while the 8800 won't. Other than that, a little voltage and clock speed differences and they're identical.

Yes, triple SLI for me (maybe)..If I can find one of those PCI extenders for a Xonar

Thread Starter
I don't want SLI. I am looking for a single card solution.
