Budget Build - Please evaluate and suggest

OK its a long complicated plan but:

Here are the parts I'm ordering (suggestions welcome):

Gigabyte S3G
AAKS 400 Gig
XFX 8800 GT 512
IDE controller Card
Total: $246

I put *NEW* where I'm putting the parts, please let me know what you guys think

I'm taking the EVGA 8800 GTS 320 out of my sig rig and using the XFX 8800 GT 512mb*NEW* in it

My backup specs will finalize as:
E2180 *NEW*
Zalman 9500
Gigabyte S3G *NEW*
2 gigs G.Skill HZ
XClio 500 Watt PSU
400 gig AAKS *NEW*
EVGA 800 GTS 320
SATA 20X DVDRW
19" widescreen LCD

The X2 3600+ will go to my brother so he'll have:
X2 3600+ (he refuses to OC even though I've had it oc'd to 2702 mhz for a year now)
STOCK AMD Cooler
Allied 350 watt psu (sucks came with my Apex case - 12 volt rails are: 10/13 amps)
2 gigs G.Skill HK
100 + 200 gig IDE HD's
20X IDE DVDRW
8X DVDRW
IDE PCI Controller Card *NEW*
EVGA 7600 GT 256 MB
Athena Case *NEW* (he wanted front USB)
15" standard LCD

I'll use his old rig for a server:
Athlon XP 2600+
1 gig DDR
Ultra 400 watt 20 pin psu (sucks)
80 + 20 gig IDE
8X DVD Reader
MSI geforce MX 64 mb RAM

I think for a budget build it looks good, but personally I'd spend a little more and get an E7200 processor. A 45nm chip for $60 more would be well worth it.

Thats double the cost though and its for my son's computer

......... though I could get the 7200 and then give my son the e6400 (thats what Bal3Wolf suggested)

I don't know, thats a big increase in cost

The performance increase from a Pentium Dual Core to an E7200 would be great and it would draw a lot less power, but suit yourself.

E2180 is a Core 2 Duo Allendale, only has 1 meg cache vs 3 megs cache

I'm considering the 7200 though
