Wow. I'm not sure what to say aha $600 a month? eff i got scared when i saw my parents power bill. It was $58. Maybe pricing is different from AZ to California. I freaked. maybe its because i'm just in college / high school now.

ahh still seems crazy to me.

Yeah Its hot here in AZ, my room that has my rig folding all day shoots my room 10*F above the rest of the house

You only need video cards when first setting them up, after that you can take them out. Now all I have to do is type in the ip address in my browser, and it shows me the status. This is the Notfred's diskless setup. JadeMinner introduced me to it. Get with Jade if you have any questions, you guys are on the same team after all.

Ah yeah I remember Jade discussing this because I had a practical use for it

I was just curious as to why you didn't need a video card, doesn't your BIOS not let you post? Or do you yank it out while its on

The way I set it up was like this. First make a disk,(this is the bootup disk if you will) the info is on the website. Then you plug in your cd rom, and your usb stick. When the computer is booting up, go into bios and change the boot up priority. First boot up is the cd rom, second boot up is the flash drive. You can o/c your rig while your in there, all of my rigs are running at 3.2, one is at 3.4. Now just let the program do its thing, and your folding, easy as that. Now you can take out the cd rom, and the video card. All of the quads in the rack are folding this way.

Just restart them, unlike having them in a tower(with the on/off switch) you have to take a screw driver or paper clip and jump the pins.

So how much does it cost to buy each rig?

Also, could you make a quick Newegg wishlist.
