You´re welcome

Gigabyte and ASUS have some good P35 board that suits your budget, look for Gigabyte P35-DS3, DS4 serie or ASUS P5K serie.

Good luck

Toms Hardware has some reviews and comparisons that might interest you:

They used the ASUS P5B Deluxe board here because of it's over-clocking abilities. Remember that the 965 chipset is getting long in tooth, and probably will not be available much longer. The P35 chipset is the next generation up from the 965 series.

I have several of each of these boards. They have all been rock stable in my folding farm. The upgrades to the P35 are relatively easy, and they do have a higher FSB capability...

Either way, it's up to you and your budget...

My two cents. Take care, :-)
ah nice some good stuff to know, thanks mate. i was thinking of this MoBo http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/...ProductID=2629. Any one had any experience with this one or recommend something better in its price range? it looks pretty good from what I'm reading about

Thanks

Of Course, forgot about DFI, add that DFI Blood Iron to the list harmo777.

There's also the DFI Lanparty P35-T2RS! (not the bloodiron, its a step up from that)

Excellent overclocker.

And from all the other posts, by now, you can rule out the P965 chipset.

The advantages of the P35 have basically been summed up... they're THE chipset to have for OCing budget single card systems

As for the board, the DS3L is a great budget P35 OCer - only flaw is it has no RAID options... A step above that, there's the Blood Iron which is an INSANE OCer capable of pushing any CPU to it's limit

the gigabyte ds3r is a nice board
