I would definately upgrade to at least a 750w corsair. Generic PSUs are never good at near full load. Next time buy a reputable brand such as corsair/ seasonic or even thermaltake/antec.

I think you would be cutting it fine with a GX2 on that PSU (amps wise it seems okay but it only has 360w on the 12v rail). I've never heard of the brand and it may not have overload protection, in which case it could take out your new gear. If you can afford it in your budget I would recommend getting a Corsair 750w PSU. If you're spending all that money on nice stuff, its best to get a nice PSU to power it all.

OK you have two 12V rails with a combined amperage of 35A... Which I'm sorry isn't enough...

Here's the bare minimums for this card that I found.

Quote:
Minimum System Requirements

* One vacant add-in card slot below the PCI Express® x16 slot. This graphics card physically occupies two slots
* 1GB of system memory
* Microsoft Windows Vista -or- Windows XP
* CD or DVD-ROM drive
* 100MB of available hard disk drive space for basic driver installation
* 580W PCI Express®-compliant system power supply with a combined 12V current rating of 40A or more
* PCI Express® or PCI Express® 2.0-compliant system motherboard with one vacant PCI Express® x16 slot
* One 8-pin and one 6-pin PCI Express® supplementary power connector
